Dalkom started with a simple frustration: internet in South Africa was slow to get, confusing to buy, and impossible to get help with. We set out to fix all three.

Our story

Dalkom was founded in 2018 by Fuad MA with one goal: make getting online in South Africa simple, honest and fast. What began as a small operation helping local homes and businesses in Bellville get connected has grown into a full-service internet provider serving customers across the country.

Today we deliver uncapped fibre on 12+ networks, fixed LTE and 5G home internet where fibre hasn't reached, business VoIP with numbers for any South African city, and web hosting — all on month-to-month billing with no contracts, because we believe you should stay because the service is good, not because a contract forces you to.

We've stayed deliberately local: our support team is South African, our servers are in South Africa, and when you call 0871 800 900 or message us on WhatsApp, a real person who knows your area answers.
