🚚 Moving house? Your internet moves with you

New home, same great internet. Tell us where you're going — we check coverage at the new address, handle the switch-over, and make sure you're never billed twice.

How your move works

Four simple steps — most moves are seamless, and we do the heavy lifting.

1

Tell us your new address

Fill in the form below (ideally 2–4 weeks before moving) — or WhatsApp us if it's short notice.

2

We check coverage

We scan every fibre, LTE and 5G network at the new address and confirm your best option with pricing.

3

We schedule the switch

Installation or router relocation is booked around your moving date. Old service stops when the new one starts.

4

You're online

Same account, same support, no double billing — just internet at your new place.

Request your move

Takes one minute — our team confirms your options within one business day.

Your details are used only to process this move — see our privacy policy.

Moving FAQs

How much notice do you need before I move?
Give us at least 2–4 weeks' notice if you can — fibre installations at a new address typically take 5–10 business days. Moving with an LTE or 5G router? Often you just take the router with you and tell us the new address.
What if my new address has a different fibre network?
No problem. We check every network at your new address and move you to the best available package. If prices differ, we tell you upfront — no surprises on your invoice.
What if there is no fibre at my new place?
We'll switch you to fixed LTE or 5G so you're online from day one — and you can move back to fibre penalty-free the moment it reaches your new street.
Will I pay double while moving?
No. We coordinate the cutover so your old line stops when the new one starts. You pay for one service, pro-rata where the switch happens mid-month.
Can I move my LTE or 5G router myself?
Usually yes — they work anywhere with coverage on the same network. Just tell us your new address first so we can confirm signal strength and keep your account details correct.
